Privacy Notice

Logan Circle Partners, L.P. ("Logan Circle") works hard to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and to respect the privacy of our client relationships. In that regard this Privacy Notice applies to all of our individual clients who obtain financial products or services from us for personal, family or household purposes.

Privacy Notice for Individuals. As a Logan Circle client, investor or prospective investor, your privacy is important to us. Reflecting our commitment to protecting the privacy of your account information, we have implemented privacy policies consistent with U.S. federal requirements for financial institutions. We have also adopted policies and procedures designed to help ensure the security and confidentiality of your account records and information.

Collection of Personal Information by Logan Circle. In order to help us provide the best level of service, better meet your financial needs, and provide the many products and financial services that Logan Circle offers, we may (as determined by product) collect information from (i) applications and other forms, including subscription agreements and related documents, you have filled out for us (including information such as your name, address, social security number and income), (ii) your transactions with us, our affiliates, or other non-affiliated third parties (including information such as account balances and transaction history), or (iv) conversations, e-mail or written correspondence with you about your account.

Disclosure of Personal Information. We do not disclose your information to anyone, except as permitted by law. This may include sharing your information with non-affiliated companies that Logan Circle has a joint marketing agreement with or that perform support or administrative services for your account. It may also include sharing your information with our affiliates to provide customer service, to inform you of financial services you might want to take advantage of, to prevent fraud against you and Logan Circle or to bring you the full range of services and products available from Logan Circle. Additionally, it may include disclosing your information pursuant to your express consent, to fulfill your instructions, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations, for example, to comply with a subpoena, respond to a regulatory authority, protect against fraud, or comply with anti-money laundering and similar laws. Any information shared with our affiliates is monitored in accordance with our strict security and confidentiality policies. Furthermore, when we disclose information to non-affiliated companies, we contractually require them to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

Information Confidentiality and Security. At Logan Circle, we restrict access to client information to those employees who need to know such information in order to perform their job responsibilities. Employees who have access to client information must adhere to our strict security and confidentiality policies. To guard client information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with U.S. federal standards.

Former Customers and Investors. Information of former clients or investors will be treated in the same manner as the information of current clients, investors or prospective investors, as described in this policy.
